About me
I am Lieve Vanmol, founder of Cheers2Change. After 30 years in corporate, working in different departments and roles with people with diverse backgrounds and cultures, I decided to make a change and to start my own thing.
Why? Because I care for people and results and I believe I can make a difference. Connecting with and building bridges between people to achieve results is what makes me tick. Leaving the organisations and people I work with in a more united, collaborative and successful place than I found them, is what brings me true joy.
